This is for anyone who is trying to find Penny Duncan's site now. I had posted before about her offering all her SVG files for free again and the link I had posted was invalid. This is the up to date one and I hope you all will go visit and check out all her creations and goodies she has to offer! Penny is one talented lady and I have emailed and called her about all kinds of crazy questions thru the years and even though I have never met her in person she is so kind and helpful it is like talking to a sister or a best friend.
